We’re back with another CloseBy® Text Marketing customer spotlight! For November, we’re featuring Found Fortunes, a discount store located in the heart of Fayetteville, GA, who has been leveraging the power of CloseBy® Text Marketing since December of 2019.

For Found Fortunes, the decision to choose CloseBy® Text Marketing for their business was rooted in a desire to reach a wider audience that they were not able to communicate with through other forms of advertising. “We are very active on [social media] but we noticed that wasn’t targeting everyone we needed to target. That was several years ago and [CloseBy®] has fixed that and then some. Now individuals not on [social media] are fully informed and get our updates and latest information,” explains Bonnie Pope, owner of Found Fortunes.

Since 2019, Found Fortunes has seen substantial growth in its subscriber base, boasting 262 loyal contacts. With CloseBy®, Bonnie is able to update her customers on new inventory and special offerings! She works closely with her Text Account Manager, Amanda, to quickly send out messages to drive in business. Bonnie shares, “Once the text goes out, people start coming through the door, and we are packed to the brim with customers. I love that I can actually see the results of people receiving a text!”
