Charlie’s Place is a locally owned restaurant in Salem, WI, specializing in hot dogs, italian beef, and more. Owners and couple, Charlene and Victor Smith, always dreamed of opening their own restaurant. Once Victor, a former marine, retired from duty the couple was able to settle down and start their business. At Charlie’s, the priority is always to provide great food and service.
