Q: What’s your favorite message you have sent out?

One of my favorites was for a last-minute event:
“POP-UP EVENT TODAY 1–5PM! Beat the Tariff Sale – perfect gifts for Dad or Grad, plus savings, samples & more! Meet vendor rep Rudy while you shop!”
It created urgency, highlighted key details, and brought in a great crowd on short notice!

Q: What do you think has been the best way to promote the program for your type of business?

Using stickers on our handled bags at checkout has been super effective, it’s a simple visual reminder that goes home with every customer. We also make a point to personally mention the program during checkout and encourage sign-ups right at the counter if they have their phone. That face-to-face connection really boosts participation!

Q: What’s your favorite part of the text program?

I love how quickly and easily I can get a message out—especially during winter closures or unexpected emergencies. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can instantly reach my customers. They’ve told me they appreciate the reminders and feel like we send just the right amount of texts—especially for events and special updates!

Q: What was the biggest reason you signed up for the text program?

We were doing everything the old-fashioned way—mainly relying on emails that often went unread. With the text program, I can send out a message with just one click, and it goes straight to where customers will actually see it. It’s fast, effective, and has made a big difference in how we communicate.

Q: What has the Text Program done for your business?

It’s helped us grow consistently month after month! The increased visibility and engagement have definitely led to a boost in sales. It’s been a simple yet powerful tool for reaching our customers and driving results.

Q: Have you found the program easy to use?

Yes, absolutely! The online platform is super easy to navigate, and having an account manager makes things even smoother. The customer support is AMAZING—always helpful and quick to respond!
