Q: What was the biggest reason you signed up for the text program?
The biggest reason I signed up was to get messages directly out to my customers. Traditional advertising like the newspaper or Yellow Pages just isn’t what it used to be, so I wanted a way to reach people instantly. Text marketing allows me to communicate with customers quickly and make sure they see important updates and promotions.
Q: Have you found the program easy to use?
Yes, the program has been very easy to use. The platform is simple and straightforward, which makes sending messages quick and stress-free. It allows me to focus on running my business while still keeping customers informed and excited about what’s happening at Urban Farm Girl.
Q: What’s your favorite part of the text program?
My favorite part of the text program is how easy and convenient it is to use. I can send out a message wherever I am – whether I’m running errands, in the parking lot, or finishing up my day. It’s quick, simple, and allows me to stay connected with customers without needing to sit down at a computer.
Q: What has the text program done for your business?
The text program has been a great tool for bringing customers into the store. Whenever I send out a message, I notice that people come in shortly after and mention the text they received. It’s been a really effective way to drive traffic and keep customers engaged with what we’re doing.
Q: What do you think has been the best way to promote the program for your type of business?
The best way we’ve promoted the program has been during our events. We often have around 3,000 people coming through, and while customers are waiting in line it’s the perfect opportunity to tell them about the text club. We also encouraged sign-ups by offering three $75 gift cards, which helped get a lot of people excited about joining.
Q: What’s your favorite message you have sent out?
“Sweaters 35% off. (New arrivals not included) OPEN at Warehouse location. Friday: 11-3, Saturday: 11-2. 604 Schoenhaar Dr, West Bend”
This is one of my most recent favorite messages we’ve sent. It clearly communicated the discount while also letting customers know our hours and where to find us, which helped drive traffic to that specific event. Messages that highlight a strong offer or discount always seem to get the most attention from our customers.
