Our featured CloseBy® Text Marketing customer for June is Lil Butcher Shoppe in Hattiesburg, MS! We spoke with Manager, Evelyn Bond, about her favorite aspects of the program and how she uses CloseBy® Text Marketing to drive business.
Evelyn shared that her favorite part of the text program is the wonderful response they receive when sending out a message. Evelyn says, “We have almost 1,500 people signed up, and we have a wonderful response rate for both weekly sales and discounts/promotions. One time we ran our signature stuffed potatoes ‘buy 1, get 1 free’, but they were only able to get the deal by showing the text to the cashier. We had around 50 customers receive the deal!”
Lil Butcher Shoppe started using CloseBy® Text Marketing in January of 2022 and they’ve grown their list to 1,509 subscribers! Evelyn says, “Our biggest goal has always been to make our customers happy, and we knew that by incorporating CloseBy®, we could make our customers even happier.” Evelyn works closely with her Text Account Manager, Amanda, to send messages that offer discounts and promotions on their customers’ favorite products.
