Our featured CloseBy® Text Marketing customer for July is Functional Fitness in Lewisburg, TN! We spoke with Owner, Dave Holder, about his favorite aspects of the program and how he uses CloseBy® Text Marketing to drive business.
Dave shared that his clients absolutely love CloseBy®, saying, “I’ve asked my clients if receiving texts from me about classes and/or motivation helps them be more disciplined and committed and all of them have said, ‘Oh yeah!’ I love that not only does it serve as communication but also as a motivator.”
Functional Fitness started using CloseBy® Text Marketing in December of 2017 and they’ve grown their list to 151 subscribers! Dave says, “I wanted to engage my members more effectively and in a timely manner. Before I was just doing social media, email, or call…It wasn’t very effective at all. Text marketing is much more effective!” Dave works closely with his Text Account Manager, Morgan, to send out workout reminders and motivational messages to his clients that inspire them to keep coming back! We are excited to highlight Functional Fitness this month and are looking forward to seeing their continued growth in 2023!
