Our final CloseBy® Customer Spotlight of 2023 is Harvestime Church! Harvestime Church in Eau Claire, WI, has been a CloseBy® Text Marketing customer since 2017! They utilize their program to form a clear line of communication with their members to keep them in the know in real time. Being able to send out updates this seamlessly has drawn their already tight knit community even closer.
CloseBy® has been extremely beneficial for sending out announcements, especially emergency changes. We spoke with Executive Administrator and Host Team Director, Alyssa Thoms, who shared how crucial CloseBy® has become during the winter months. During the winter months, Harvestime Church relies on CloseBy® Text Marketing even more to help keep their members safe and informed. Alyssa Thoms, Executive Administrator and Host Team Director, told us that with the unpredictability of winter weather, it can be difficult to know if they’ll be able to have a service. With CloseBy®, Alyssa has the ability to send text messages immediately or schedule them in advance, covering all of the Church’s communication needs.
Alyssa says, “It’s helped us for not only important announcements or last minute updates, but also to build a sense of community within our organization. It has given us the opportunity to build a line a communication to our members. We have heard nothing but positive feedback from everyone about receiving our messages!”

- No adult or kids services will be held tonight, but youth will be having a Christmas Party.
- Kids & Youth who are in the Christmas Program Sun. 12/17 should arrive NO Later than 9:15 am for preparations. Thank you.
- HTC South Explorers Group is seeking donations of empty paper towel, wrapping paper, and toilet paper tubes. Please bring no later than Jan. 17th.
- Tonight is pajama night in our kids ministry! Have your kids dress in their Christmas jammies for our last Kids Wednesday Night service for 2023!
