Our March CloseBy® Spotlight is shining on Step By Step Nutrition in Reedsburg, WI. This nutrition shop features various energy drinks, protein shakes, boba, and more! Owner Xiamara Adorno signed up for CloseBy® Text Marketing back in January 2023 when she purchased Step By Step from a previous owner already utilizing the program. Xiamara decided to continue with the program and has been loving the results!

Xaimara loves how user friendly CloseBy® is! She shares, “The online system is amazing and super user friendly! I love that I can be in and out of the system within minutes when I need to send a text right away! I also really like that I can pre-schedule texts months in advance – this is nice for holidays, busier seasons, and any time I may be out of the store.”

Having the ability to pre-schedule texts as well as the ability to connect with customers immediately is crucial for Xiamara as she sends out a variety of weekly texts to her customers with information covering promotions, new menu items, birthday messages, important store updates, and more! Xaimara’s text list currently has 198 subscribers and drives retention of at least 150 extra customers per week!

She has been so pleased with the assistance of her Account Manager who helps her craft message ideas each month. She is also grateful for our Bilingual Support team and their assistance in translating, as Xiamara’s primary language is Spanish. CloseBy® has proven enjoyable and effective for Step By Step!
