One of the best ways to keep your customers engaged during the busy holiday season is by sending out unique, attention-grabbing text campaigns! This month, our December CloseBy® spotlight features three of our clients who really leaned into the holiday spirit last December by setting up recurring holiday campaigns that kept their customers coming back all month long!
Each business tried out our recommended “12 Days of Christmas” campaign series, where a new deal, product, or exclusive offer was shared each day leading up to Christmas. Their successful campaigns brought in strong engagement and increased customer turnout, making it an easy decision to bring the strategy back again this year!

In June 2014, Mark’s Pizza partnered with CloseBy® to easily and effectively reach their best customers. It’s a great tool for them to boost business on slow days, announce sales and promotions, and highlight special events.
