Q: What do you think has been the best way to promote the program for your type of business?

“I think the best way to promote our program has been with signage on the counter. The staff always bring it up, and customers notice it or ask if they’re part of the text program. It’s everywhere, so it’s hard to miss!”

Q: What was the biggest reason you signed up for the text program?

“The biggest reason I signed up for the text program was for advertising and getting the word out. Word of mouth is the best—once people sign up, they spread the word to others. Plus, with fewer people reading newspapers these days, it’s a more effective way to reach customers.”

Q: Have you found the program easy to use?

“Yes, the program has been really easy to use! The Account Manager is a big help— we have it set up to where they call each week to share ideas and provide great reminders of what we’ve done before. Plus, they’re always just a phone call or text away if we need anything!”

Q: What has the text program done for your business?

“The Text Program has been a huge boost for our business! It’s allowed us to expand our reach to new areas and connect with a much broader customer base. It’s opened up opportunities we didn’t have before and really helped increase engagement and sales. It’s been a key factor in our growth!”

Q: What’s your favorite part of the text program?

“My favorite part of the text program is the simplicity. It’s so convenient to have everything at my fingertips, and the Account Manager calls are also a great help—they keep things running smoothly, offer fresh ideas, and remind us of past strategies. It feels like a true partnership, and it saves a lot of time while keeping everything organized!”

Q: What’s your favorite message you have sent out?

“Our favorite message to send out is for our Annual Sock Sale each year! Our customers love the event, and it’s such a great way to connect with them directly through text. We know they’ll see it, and it serves as the perfect reminder to join us and celebrate the event. Here’s one of our favorites:

‘It’s SOCK-tober Fest! Visit us at the Annual Sock Sale and Marketplace at the fairgrounds with other vendors, plus enjoy 20% OFF in-store!’ It’s always a hit!”’
