Our April CloseBy® Spotlight shines on Four Corners Bulk Food & Deli, a locally owned deli, in Morrison, TN. They have been a part of our CloseBy® Text Marketing program since January 2023. They utilize their program to connect with as many customers as possible and send out their weekly deli specials. They’ve worked hard to grow their loyal subscriber base, now reaching 725 and counting! CloseBy® and Four Corners have made a great team, driving a lot of success over the last few years!

Q: What do you think has been the best way to promote the program for your type of business?

“I personally think the BEST way to promote the program is having our staff talk to EVERY customer that comes into our establishment. Our customers have been very receptive to the program and they are always super excited to get our weekly deli promotions.”

Q: What was the biggest reason you signed up for the text program?

“We NEVER had an easy and cost effective way to connect with our customers. We would do in-store flyers and mail flyers to the surrounding areas – but mail flyers are very expensive and becoming distributed less and less. We have weekly deli specials and we needed a better way to move inventory on a weekly basis.”

Q: Have you found the program easy to use?

“The Text Program is so EASY – AMP makes the program easy to manage and use. The displays are easy for customers and staff; customers can scan a QR code or text in to join. Having the displays up in store – is a constant reminder for our staff to ask every customer. I send a text to my account manager every Tuesday and she sends out a text for us.”

Q: What has the text program done for your business?

“The text program has honestly been such a great way to stay top of mind with all of our customers. Our customers really enjoy receiving the text messages and they do react to them.”
